Our Fees are broken out in age groupings. Due to Covid and on line learning we are presently not getting our student subsidy from the CNC student union, therefore at this time we are unable to provide a reduced student rate. Please contact the student union to lobby for our subsidy to be reinstated in September 2021.

All fees are due in full by the enrolling parent(s)/guardian(s) on the first business day of each calendar month, one (1) month in advance of service, without being invoiced. The fee is due regardless of the number of days in the month, absenteeism due to illness, vacations, statutory holidays, or college closures. Parent fees are a significant source of income for the Centre, and it is essential that these fees are paid on time. A receipt is given on a yearly basis, and parents are encouraged to keep them for income tax purposes. Fees can be paid by Interac e-mail transfer.

Child Care Benefits

We accept the Affordable Child Care Benefit. If you qualify for the Affordable Childcare Benefit, you are responsible for the full amount of the fees until we have received authorization from the childcare benefit service centre. If necessary, the fees will be credited or refunded when authorization is obtained.

Child Care Fee Reduction Funding

How it Works

We have opted into the government childcare reduction funding. Full-time fees will be reduced by $100 for children 3 – 5 yrs., $350 for children under 3 years of age and will be paid by government funding paid directly to the daycare. Part-time fees will be prorated

The parent portion of the fees is due on the 1st of each month. Parents are responsible for any amount not covered by childcare benefits.
